I probably ate under my caloric needs today by a few hundred calories. I only exercise 1 group of muscle per day, and in the last weeks have worked out 5 times.. I am ~196 and should be ~170
I started using Dating Apps more. I always rotate on and off of them. My attractiveness range on PhotoFeeler is 5% - 39% with ~10 photos uploaded. The photo I thought I looked best in has the 5%. The photo that is the most frauded is 39%.
I uploaded my 5 best onto dating apps.
I matched with one girl this week. She has a similar school experience to me, but is going for a higher degree. I thought I'd mention the similarity and joke that I'm glad I got out. Her response was to ask what I do. In other words, how much $$$ and prestige are you worth. I made a joke about something absurd and she stopped talking to me because she probably evaluated me is completely valueless at that point.
For a 15-35 year old she's around 15th percentile in looks.
I stared logging my weight and waist size (used to calculate body fat) in an excel spreadsheet I'd made awhile ago. My long term goal would be to hit 163 which would be 10% body fat. My 2 month goal will be to hit 184, about 20% body fat.
