Venting Impending doom

The past few years I have lived with a complete and utter feeling of impending doom. My chest is always tight with anxiety and my brain is running rampant with paranoid thoughts for all hours of the day. I feel like something really bad is going to happen to me, be it a traumatic experience or just full on getting tortured and killed or something of the sort. I can't shake this feeling away that my life is gonna take a turn for the worst, well, worse than it already is.

I don’t know if I feel like this but the complete isolation and loneliness is taking its toll me me. I don’t know what to do anymore
