Keep coping retard. I've seen your pics. You have no recession whatsoever so why complain about it? I've had breathing issues that fucked my lower jaw. It's all about the way you breathe. I did mewing and other exercises and after few months i saw no results, but i had to stop because i almost lost my swallowing reflex, eating food became nightmare, sometimes my swallowing reflex forced me to swallow empty mouth 20 times over one minute. I felt like calling an ambulance. But now after few months i´m glad it came back to normal and i don´t need any surgery to fix that.

I clowned my self. All those results on youtube are work of camera angel, or people who had already good bone structure and they just loose body-fat, but in most videos you see no results or they just tried to fake it to sell the product via referral link.

We all basically eat food 3 times a day, so we all are already mewing like 2 hours a day.
