I think human being has an inherent instict of surviving that prevents suicide in people. Most of people can't overpass that instinct.

That's a fact but still i'm suprised it's that low. Like if 750 people kill themselves in yearthen it's like around 2.2 a day if i count correctly which sounds crazy to me.

He made that thread just in the same moment he wanted to leave the forum (because of ascending) and the only prove of his death is his girlfriend testimony (she could easily have told people that he is dead by his request)

It's a very unique experience being halfway through a failed attempt.

Watching your wrist bleeding a bit. Realizing the flow of blood probably isn't enough to kill you. Realizing you can't bring yourself to inflict the pain of trying again. Realizing you don't actually want to die, what you really want is ascension and a whole happy life, not to cut off any remaining possibility of that happening.
