I'm only on 785 kcals because I went overboard yesterday and had 2205 kcals which is beyond my 1400kcal diet plan limit :reeeeee:

I only ate like a 80 grams of vegetable and nuts
the rest was just meat and canned tuna this isn't food this is like fucking garbage and if you press it all together it would be like pet dry food or some shit.

I bought frozen skinless boneless chicken breasts just because it was cheap
7 and a half dollars for 2 kgs is ok much better than beef or steak or mutton or fish prices.
got 10 breasts in this bitch should last me 10 days atleast.

I think this is arguably the most insane daily stat I have ever achieved, it was 2 days ago. maxxing out my protein intake with just ~1350 kcals (big caloric deficit) was a big feat tbhngllossus.

for reference, I bought a protein isolate to further boost my protein intake, and even after 3 shakes I'm still sitting around 105 grams of protein today because I ate 100 grams of walnuts with ghee and cream (stupid).

conclusion: eating a whole rotisserie chicken is one of the best methods to max out on protein :feelscomfy:

This is motivating me to give starvemaxxing a try. I've been so fat for so long, I've got like 40lbs to lose and gymmaxxing just isn't enough. I eat pretty healthy, but I just eat too much and am not losing weight.

I'm on love with the cocoa. I don't ever worry about my intake thankfully because I've always been a rake. I just eat food and sweat hard in the gym. I'm starting to look pretty good. Best of luck on your gym journey!

honestly starvemaxxing is much better and faster than dieting even a good caloric deficit diet won't be half as fast as starvemaxxing.

Im at 76 kgs right now lmao
all the weight I lost was depleted water and glycogen, I was 82 kgs and for the past weeks I've been stuck at 76 kgs

I honestly think I can hit 300 gs in a caloric deficit if I only eat boiled chicken breast and drink whey isolate shakes :feelsdevil:

if you are eating less calories than your body uses then why are you stuck at 76 kgs? I dont understand. Does it mean you eating just enough to maintane your weight?

-eat fatty beef shit like steak cuts.
-swap the rest of your meat with lamb.
-opt to eat meat in a minced or cubed portions.
-fry your stuff with lard or tallow or anything that has slightly more caloric content than regular oils.
-increase your carbs and swap some of your carb intake with simpler and free sugar carbs.
-reduce your fiber input.
-eat more dairy and try cheese on everything, even in desserts (cheesecakes).

It's definitely my shitty genetics, I'm 176 cm tall and 27 yo.

What is worse is the fact that I'm on a carnivore-focused keto diet (not totally carnivore) meaning much of the shit I eat is protein or meat with just a couple hundred grams of veggies or nuts, my daily intake was 2500 kcal at 82-84 kgs, meaning
that even at the upper limit of my current diet plan (1800 kcal, which I only hit once in a week and the rest of it would be between 1100-1500 kcals) I should be at a deficit of atleast 700 kcals, and even assuming that my sedentary activity, I should be atleast at a deficit of 400 kcal, I hit the gym 4 times a week, the problem is it's nearing a month and I haven't been below 76 kgs at all.

bear in mind I calculate everything I eat and measure my food gram for gram.

so even with such a low carb intake, moderate caloric deficit and 4 days of gym a week I am still stuck at my current weight, If a normal human did what I did he would be lean as shit by the end of a single month and I'm nearing 3 months with this shit :feelscomfy:

That means the calories you consume are enough to maintane your weight?. You need to eat a bit less and do more cardio I guess but i dont know tbh

there is no "eating bit less" or "doing cardio" because there will be nothing left to do when I eat 1300-1500 kcal on average and push myself to the limit at the gym 4 times a week, I already feel weak and hungry as shit since I started this diet, my body wouldn't even move if I dropped it to 800-1000 kcals, I think my body literally disprove science and trends, there is no valid reason besides shit genetics.

your body is actually proving science. What you eat is enough to maintane your weight , simple.

Stop eating everyday and eat once every 2 or 3 days and see your body lose weight to prove it.


By the way you obviously rot most the day i am guessing so thats why if my guess is correct. How can i prove it? Easy, show me just 1, not 2 or 3 but just 1 marathon runner that is not thin. And why? Because you need to add cardio to your diet.
