It's definitely my shitty genetics, I'm 176 cm tall and 27 yo.
What is worse is the fact that I'm on a carnivore-focused keto diet (not totally carnivore) meaning much of the shit I eat is protein or meat with just a couple hundred grams of veggies or nuts, my daily intake was 2500 kcal at 82-84 kgs, meaning
that even at the upper limit of my current diet plan (1800 kcal, which I only hit once in a week and the rest of it would be between 1100-1500 kcals) I should be at a deficit of atleast 700 kcals, and even assuming that my sedentary activity, I should be atleast at a deficit of 400 kcal, I hit the gym 4 times a week, the problem is it's nearing a month and I haven't been below 76 kgs at all.
bear in mind I calculate everything I eat and measure my food gram for gram.
so even with such a low carb intake, moderate caloric deficit and 4 days of gym a week I am still stuck at my current weight, If a normal human did what I did he would be lean as shit by the end of a single month and I'm nearing 3 months with this shit
