Im starting to regret abandoning my highschool friends

after i matriculated in 2014, i completely abandoned my 2 highschool "friends", they were not really friends, they were the two banter buddies i had constanely hang out with , we were mates because of our interest in porn, one of them was the biggest loser of the grade(even bigger loser than what i was) and the other one had an annoying face,i didn't really ever trust them . I totally ghosted them on whatsapp, i got many "you alive " texts and i ignored them, im kinda starting to regret my decision to ghost. im not sure if they are lurking here on this forum or not, anyway i have not seen ANY OF THE PEOPLE I WENT TO SCHOOL WITH since 2014 , i am chronically lonely I interact with fucking noone outside my family

You shouldn't have ghosted them. From my personal experience, no one wants to be a subhuman's friend after high school. I have 4 friends and they are all from my high school. I don't have a single friend in college.
