Yeah, I wouldn’t have done it if I wasn’t forced by my school and my dad. It was terrifying for me at first but now it’s second nature. You need someone to force you over that hill.

i didnt realise driving could be related to genetics now that i think about it. im also insanely horrified of driving. the thought of being in a car and navigating the streets of new york filled with absolutely crazy drivers terrifies me. i could atleast drive a bit with someone in the car with me but alone im a nervous mess. driving is a NT activity where you gotta be assertive on the road. any sort of hesitation is lethal. i tried getting my license 3 times but failed. 1st time i was bad but the other 2 i got fucked over by shitty instructors. my permit is almost expired but i have no urge to renew or try again
