I used to have no energy for shit after a group of normturds bullied me and socially defeated me online (my own sister was involved)
Everyday i get a lil bit more energy, today for example i rotted less here and i played more videogames and watched more videos. I even worked out and played some chess.

The last summer I was having energy even to go outside, ignoring what normshits think about me or the faces they put at me. Let's see if i can get to that low inhib level and energy levels back. I was actually enjoying a little bit life back then, studying chess, running, watching anime, talking to some brocels.

got the rotavirus from my mom unfortunately its a hell but atleast it goes away quickly :feelsUgh:

dengue was worse surely but this shit still sucks

Its easier to start doing activities that increase the dopamine baseline first. Like jogging, meditating. Eventually you have the willpower to abstain from these FILTHY activities
