I got sick a lot this year randomly. Turns out I sleep with my mouth open, so now I lay on my side to avoid doing that and waking up with daily dry throat. It helps now but it was painful when I didn’t know

I got sick 4 times in a row this winter with only week breaks inbetween. Didn't test positive for flu or coberd any of them, one was a sinus infection that an antibiotic helped with. I think age and sleep deprivation just came to roost this year honestly, I can't be an insomniac like in my early 20s anymore without paying for it dearly it seems.
