I wanted to fix my sleep schedule during the hols it started off decent but recently I've been waking up 2-4pm

So today I set an alarm for 9, i woke up but i needed another hour because i fell asleep at 7am and only had a couple hours, woke up at 10, set another alarm for 11 because i still couldn't function, woke up, grabbed my phone and now I've randomly woken up again at 2:30pm

My mum yesterday said she wanted to come look at this new sofa with me because she really wanted to and I said yeah but now it's way too late because of her work and it's pouring with rain now so I feel bad

Yeah this bro. I have a shitty scedule currently as well. i sleep at like 7-8 in the morning and wake up at 4-5 in the evening. I wish i can wake up around 10-12 in the morning but i don't see how can i change my sleep scedule. It's like even if i forced myself to change it, it would slip back in to the shitty one on its own very fast. Maybe it isnt really so shitty, maybe i find it shitty cause my parents hate me waking up so late. If i lived alone i wouldn't have cared about my sleep schedule at all. So we should just don't give a fuck. It may feel like bringing about a change in your life might improve it but i feel it's all bullshit. You would be in the same predicament doesn't matter what you do.

My sleep schedule is fucked too. To be honest I'm much happier when I wake up at 14:00 to 15:00 than waking up early in the morning. Fuck normal sleeping schedules, I prefer the night.

Ask her to wake you up to go then take a nap when you get home, don't feel guilty. Some people are just wired to stay up late, nothing we can do about it.
