Ngl just described me minus the state part but still live hundreds of kilometers from where I grew up. Lived in a city, lived in a suburb, lived in a very small town and now live in a midsized town. Results more or less the same I guess midsized towns are nice because cheaper than suburbia or urban areas but still at least have public transit unlike small towns. I might barely go outside but having a bus for grocery shopping is kind of nice
