Get the pills yourself. Try Mirtazapin. I had panic attacks at one point in my life. Helped a lot back then. Mirtazapin unlinke other SSri's are not addictive and very mild. Helps with sleep, and primarily reduces anxiety.

When I lived with my mom after college she kicked my butt til I got a full-time job, then after I got one I had to pay rent to her every month. I was an only child. To be fair though, she didn't own her place and was just renting. I think she wanted to teach me to be a responsible adult.
