I'm making an android

yeah, it's true I'm doing mine from scratch too.
i use template of the human body like a realistic 3D skeleton and i use it for scale with a ruler that is at real life scale in 3D and i make a ladder of it and i scale the skeleton to the desired height like a 5ft8 woman so i got tons of space to put everything inside. (motors and stuff)

I had a lot of setbacks with redesignins the 3d models so it could wor. Right now i'm partially confident that i actually might be able to move the arm up from the side to a T pose and even possibly raise the arm to the side to foward at 90degrees. Technically it should work but the pieces will take days to print thought and now the gands, elbow and shoulder are done and move as intended. What will ve challenging is the entire shoulder mechanism and the neck will be controlled by a contiuum system and i think 4 linear actuators will pull the ropes that will move the neck in each direction but what worries me is the neck rotation the stepper motors of the shoulder will take lots of space and i don't have much space in the neck. Worst case scenario i just a rope that get pulled in 2 directions. The eyes will not move so it will have ldc eyes. I have been working on the fleshlight holder and it is a resonding success but since i lack the right elastics that are braces elastics i use hair tie elastics that are actually super tight and could hurt your pp.

Well for 11 years i was disabled from chronic fatigue and was unable to work and was truly a failure but now that i got diagnosed with sleep apnea things are looking up and i will get back to work and in the meantime during my recovery finish the project and give all men a robot wife

I want to do for myself a 6ft4 and/or 225cm 7ft2 version, minimum height will be uzaki chan version at 4ft8
 
Due to preenie brain damage and a very slowly worsening condition with fattigue, small memory and thought loss along difficulty walking i may have to do a big helper robot to wheel me around and carry my stuff if i vecome weaker. I have done the fleshlight holder with orthodontist elastic for braces and it work like i intended, now my next step is to print the housing for the stepper motors and make the movevement of the arm going up from the side to the shoulder possible and after that below there will be another stepper motor to bring the arm to the side and foward. (2 axis of movement) and use a linear actuatir to move the elbow up
 
Update i'm redoing everything but this i'm going back to the basics. I'm reducing my androind into a head, ditching both eyes for a screen and the mouth will be a mouth fleshlight. Then the microphones will on the face beneath thin plates and the ear where they are supposed to be fans will there for ventilation and all electronic will the raspberry pi zero, the mxsomething audio amplifier will be in a box invthe center of the head but a bit up with the ear canag being directly connected via a vent into the fans. I got almost all the parts i need and this version is the cheapest but most stable way to nake an android, startingvwith the head, the rest of body will be motorised with double jointed servos abd the like part by part

i bought a raspberry pi zero VI .3 and a ILI9393 LCD screen TFT from adafruit and tried to saolder them together and i put heat skrink on it and actually burned out the pi
i decided to start over to something less demanding next month that will be a rapsberry pi 3 A+ and a monitor with a hdmi port so i will just jack the hdmi in and that is it. it will that simple since i had to manually solder each pin and shrink it instead of just have a hdmi port. i did a home box console that was with a rapsberry pi 3 B+ and it works very well

i want to make the head into a usb extension, if i use a mini pc it make it more complex since everything will have to be wired directly instead of getting jacked in via usb.

RPi complicates codes, you may need specialized module parts for shit like
image reco, speech recog, and so on.

or connect your husky to the mini PC via USB-to-UART adapter is another option.
 
the head is one thing but the rest of the body will be a 3d printed chassis with 2cm thick walls 100% infill, i have experience in making wood core for my fabric stuffed dolls (like inner skeleton that give them shape) and the chassis will be similar.
then double jointed servos for the shoulders and elbows and 3 for hip hips for 3 axis of movements 2 big double jointed servos beneath the torso and stmoach and another one between the stomach and waist. Metal bones for the arms and legs, (aluminium or steel) and 1cm of dense foam over it and then silicone over the body. the servos will be encapsulated in a 3d printed shell so there is not contact with the silicone (espcially the hips trpile servos for each leg)

estimation from grok for the weight:

The first one was of Tionisha from monster msusume accurate to size 225cm tall with an accurate boob and ass size

The second one as a Chii doll from Chobit life size so 5ft. she was small but extermely cute

My new doll is Milky wayz from Milky the Vtuber of life size of 5ft8

the time i will get it or partially
the idea was to take this filament i have and print a transparent visor with it
so it works, but the layers lines are visible and the lcd screen light is distorted so the image is either blurry or murky so i decided to make a holder built in the face itself where the screen will sit within in a indentation and a sheet pf acrylic will cover the screen. and the rest of the visor face part will be 3d printed in transparent pla and colored like the motor bike visors.

i'm redoing the head cosntatnyl to get it right and well i burnt out the very micro controller i need to control everything with so i will order a new one with jumper wires instead of having to solder everything by hand and use heat shrink where i used a lighter to shrink the heat shrink and it burned out the pi
i hdid 5 trials of the visor with different thickness, different printing speed down to 20mm/s and infill so i'm doing it differently
 
Update my 3d printer fucking died i will have to replace the mainboard, it will take a whike

I feel fucking shafted. The supplier does not ship where i live. The other supplier who can has them....out of stock and the 3d printed parts i need to maje the aero titan 3 fit on the extruder cannot be made since my 3d printer is toast. And the retards who can print the parts for you overcharge like crazy aand there is the shipping which is exoensive. Oh and the company who make my shitty printer anycubic had the main board as 80$ for actual junk that fries in less than a year and has the board discontinued. Fuck. I gonna buy the stuff next month i guess -_- i hate anycubic, fuck you and your shit product
 
Update i have been diagnosed woith cerebral palsy. My decline started 19 unable to work and i'm 32 with only being able to physically active for 1h30m more or less. And i will move out eventually within a tear of my parentd house so even if my printer is fixed abd things are good to go i nay not ve able to work on the android all the tine but i will do my best for you guys
