I'm making an android

Hello
Since 3-4 years i'm been making fabric dolls, life size dolls
The first one was of Tionisha from monster msusume accurate to size 225cm tall with an accurate boob and ass size

The second one as a Chii doll from Chobit life size so 5ft. she was small but extermely cute

My new doll is Milky wayz from Milky the Vtuber of life size of 5ft8

this my 3D printed parts for now, i will update bit by bit

Here the hands
wooden prop to see how thing work

very simple

prototype
the spaces inside were too brittle so i filled everything

hand with rubber skin
the skeleton fingers are good for bieng coated with silicone to be a silicine articulated hand

3 fabric dolls with a wood skeleton for realism

first doll wood core totally assembled. what i did was use a thick wood as base, like this

tionisha: 160cm tits, 60cm waist, 119cm butt
225cm (2m) height. Very big, very great, she took half my bed
She was perfect for a android size wise because you could fit anything in her (like servos and stuff)

the remade torso for the chii doll
very small and light

more detail on the details of the fingers.
they are very solid but i had to file the edges, make holes by hand with a small drill tip
the finger close well into a hand holding position
the thumb is immobile but can close but not move sideways
the elbow go up to 90degrees but not like our to almost 180 degrees
now i made the waist , torso and hips with wood popsicle sticks
i do prototypes with popsicle sticks to visualise stuff better in terms of size and scale
i model everything in 3D and print it with my 3D printer

so, that's how big the doll would be. more or less. i think i will do a waist that got a lot of servos and gears inside since it will not move and the hips will house the legs DC motors with gears s for them to go up and sideways
the torso part is more complex since the arms will have to be able to go up, down, left and right sideways
i would take a DC motor with gears for up and down, and another one for left and right.
i did not make the gears and pulley yet, i wil lmake them soon and use the same system of Greek automata to make the robot move
why? Because it always work and it's a low cost way of doing things and most importantly, everything has a lesser chance of breaking and if something were to break, it would be inexpensive to repair and replace parts

the victorian era was the higest cultural, intellectual and social era of the western world
Howrever...a lot of people consumed toxic food, were poisoned by mercury from high rise hats tanned with mercury which led to insanity and other things as well but the IQ was extremely high at that time
They also notice a decrease of IQ about that time BTW
a researcher notice reaction was slower than several milisecond among generations and they correlated that with a slight decrease of IQ
it's extremely impressive and since is still work, i want to do something similar BUT these robots are made to be stationnary, if you move them or make them get up, down, or any movement of body could disalign to inner delicate mechanism and make it not work
What i will do is a complete mold around the mechanism so it does not move, ever but will be able to be dissambled for repairs and upgrades
notice all the parts are in metal, mine are in 3D but i dream of a inner metal waifu
so that's it for now
my doll is not perfect, her shoulders look weird
her back look also strange but i put the smaller torso inside

her torso without tits, i don't much space in there
i hope i can make it work, i have an idea how but i will do it little by little to be sure everything works
it will be a low cost android so everyone can have and make one
they will be FREE

she was 150cm more or less
60 cm bust, 40cm waist and 60cm hips but i made her boobs and butt bigger
like 40DD boobs, it look great on her
as you can see, the darker is wood is extremely dense and hard while the lighter one is soft and light

It look super expensive, i'm trying to make it as cheap as possible down to no walking, LCD screen eyes, non moving face. I want my android to move her arms, hug, hold objects, open and close her legs, bend over, move sideway, move her head and neck. The Unitree humanoid bot parts thar used for movement are big, very unsightly, super expensive and a pain to change uf you want to do repairs. I'm still working on it, once the shoulders and torso will be done, then i will know how good i can make them

Well i'm thinking of putting a speaker in the doll head and mics in the ears for them to have hearing. I could connect everything via a spinal cord that will be connected into a box where her motor controller, audio amplifier and GPU (basically a pc that connect to any AI via the internet) wirelessly or with a ethernet cable. Some AI hand speech recognition and text to speech abilities. I would not do any programming for a ai chatbot and other things because i can't code, for real

Dude. You must really be i high IQ person. No joke. What you doing is not a simple thing. You could actually record, make videos and tutoriais about it, star a bussines of some sort and at least make money on yt.

I did videos for the dolls, once the android torso is complete and move correctly i will make a video. Robotuc companies are an actual problem because they can socially pressured by feminists and retards to not do sex bots. I rather stay independant. I can see how it wirks and move in my mind, the difficult part is the 3D modeling but i manage to do it. I will maje the android open source other high geniuses and hobbyist can add better things to improve it

her think cycles are set to 3 seconds, I could fuck around with it. there are also alot of skills to sift through. I think it would be better to relagate most of then to a deepseek or other LLM skill.

It's not gonna easy, but doing it starting with the skull and spaces where everything fits into place and putting non moving anime eyes with a white plate for the eyes is the right to go. The eyes will have 1 camera with object detection and the other is a infrared camera. The speaker will be behind the mouth and 2 teensy 4.1 microphones and 1 micro controllers with be in the skulls where the ears should be.

And the neck will be segmented with thick shoelaces tied to pulley to move the head in 4 directions. My motto is simplicity is key

i need to do it from scratch because the lectronics like the teeny mic and the eye cameras mong other things have to fit to the milimeters to make sure everything goes well together.
also i will need to pad the insde of the head to absorb shocks and have some micro controllers in there to control the parts along with a spinal cord where everything will connect to a outside box where the PC will be.
i actually did that with a small anime head that i sectionned into several parts and i learned that some parts go well but anything that has a curved do not fit well at all, everything has to be flat

There are people hobbyist working on their own androids.
David Browne is working on hannah, a android head 3D printed with the movements possible except facial movement he is on youtube.

Another who is japanese make small doll with screens for eyes and it works. I could find his channel and post it.

Another person is Prin from the sex doll forum where the dude built his own android with 3 D printhing but she breaks all the time when she moves. Fucking her would break completely. The name of the thread is "i can move!"

Another also work on making robot doll by putting ai text to speech in his sex doll head. He put gemini inside and has used a program to convert his speech into text that is sent to Gemini who respond into text that is read and converted into speech. The name of the thead is "my wife pi head" or something like that
