I'm in a similar situation regarding sleeping schedule.
I'll most likely end up laying down to rest my eyes ( From staring at a PC screen for too long ) and sleep for one hour then wake up randomly.

Also regarding blackpilled threads... There's really nothing new to add as far as I can see.
Just people sharing blackpill experiences and that's all.
