Try again. I was bench pressing for a month 2 yrs ago and got to 50kg.

But since 3 months I've been moving in all directions, running, rucking, weighted push ups squats and shit.

Recently got my gym and could easily press 60kg, but fuck bench press when 20kg weight push up works better.
Fuck dumbells when I can pull up.

What I mean is, all that normie easy movement exercises are useless.
Maybe you couldn't get jacked because you were only doing them, not anything more challenging.

And you gotta have neural connection to movements you make to stimulate growth and better up technique.

For example, my left grip used to slip often. So I started using my left hand more and depending on it more when lifting sth 2 handed. Doesn't slip no more.
 
Protein shakes is some gay shit.

Eat 3x spicy premium chicken wings (Like KFC) a day for 2.50$ a pack 960cals 48proteins. Find sth like that somewhere.

If you don't have gym

Git weighted vest 15kg and walk around like it's C4, you'll get better posture = bigger looking chest. You can do everything with it.
I can't imagine walking with no weight. It must feel gae.
 
I ran casually for 2 weeks, then could run 5km without stopping, didn't have to drink water every 200 meters anymore like when I started.

Body adapts fast like a mf.
