I'm intrigued by how Japanese view Indian society and Indians

Considering Japanese hate foreigners in general no matter where they come from and their society puts a lot value in politeness, cleanliness and in general being professional I can imagine they have pretty negative views of their South Asian neighbors. Not to mention Japan is a very high trust society where everyone follows the social rules and norms.

Imagine a 40 year old stuck up Japanese salaryman who has never left Japan getting isekaid to Mumbai and he needs to make his way back home I'd watch a show like that
