Here's the surgeries I've gotten :

Bimax (jaw surgery)
Rhino
Blepharoplasty
Gynocomastia
Fat Transfer
Hair Transplant


I was probably a 3/10 when I started. Still in the healing process but I am hoping I ascend to at least a 5.5-6/10. Why aren't more of you niggas hardmaxxing?

Bimax is hardcore, rhino is most likely to fail, blepharoplasty is also risky mainly for old people, gynocomstia only improves body, fat transfer is not that helpful unless you are gaunt, hair transplant is a good surgery but only for balding people and sometimes not very realistic. They are all very expensive and risky, most people can't afford them and it won't help them that much.

How is Rhino most likely to fail?

I had a giant wide nose and the surgeon slimmed it down pretty good.

For me I have thick nose skin so it won't help much, accutane is more helpfulm in thinning nose skin.

Surgery is scary and I'm broke
