It’s most likely like scoliosis. Depending on the severity of it. I’m in no pain despite having this

Hopefully it doesn't develop pain later on in life. I have a feeling it would get worse, it doesn't seem natural for a spine to be in this position for decades on end (my obvious no shit assessment)

If you get one of those doorway pull up bars you can hang from it and it will help your posture. I would also stop pc gaming and get a console because sitting at the computer fucks your posture.

I don’t think it gets that much more progressive unless you have shit posture. Naturally age will make it worse a bit
