My belief is that average African country IQ like something 60-80, indeed, this is not their genetic potential. I believe the black man, collectively speaking, has an potential IQ of 85. (This is the IQ of rich blacks tested in USA)

I'll come back with what I think about the video.

Edit:watched the video. It pointed out that 60 IQ data are measured using questionable methodology but does not debunk that African IQ is like 85 max (collectively speaking). It does shown some African studies with 95 or something, but I would take these with a grain of salt and these are likely elite niggers.

I recommend using Pisa equivalent tests and aproximate iq through it. 85-90 (Botswana has a weirdly high IQ) is my guesse too.

The video talks about Ethiopian children reaching "Israeli children norms" after few hours of assistance to 80-100 something. The video never mentions what is "Israeli norm" and the range could be very wide.
