In theory I learn web dev in my college, but whenever I have an idea and start coding, something doesn't work and I just give up.
But hiring a cheap web dev- and a marketing freelancer in a shithole country to have a meeting and work on my ideas half a day a week (10% pensum each), should only cost me 20 USD a week - plus 2.50 USD a week for domain name and dynamic web hosting. 22.50 USD is what I earn in an hour here
One hour of wagecucking a week is totally worth it. After all, I get to be on top of a hierarchy for once, and I have something meaningful to be excited for, I get to design logos and I have a tiny chance of becoming rich
