I already started doing pull ups a couple weeks ago and am seeing positive results. Will start running everyday too. Not to try and ascend since I know it's too late and will never happen. This is just for me and my own health. Just because foids hate me and want me dead why should I suffer through health issues? It will probably make them angry to see a short ugly manlet in good shape. Fuck them. I won't give them the satisfaction of watching my body waste away.

Best cope is to go away from where a lot of people are, and jog/walk for 1-2hours.

Easiest way to quickly lose 25+ lbs and that you don't stuff your mouth too much.
