I've been alone so long, I sometimes notice that I slip out of reality and think I'm in a dream and can be my internet self. But then I wake up and realize I said something totally out of normie comprehension, further alienating myself. I'd like to think that I used to be able to keep it together, but because socialization is a muscle, in my loneliness I no longer have that perspective of right or wrong, or just, generally, normal behavior.

How do you keep it together in real life?

I feel you it happens to me very often but not as much as you said tbh

I don't engage in real life anymore. :feelsthink:

What about situations where you're somewhat forced to interact with a normal person? Like what if you went in an airport line, and some boomer starting talking to you about some random shit?

It seems to me that in 99% of cases, the right answer is a two word response, or some kind of nod, and then go to the bathroom.

Reply with "yes" or "no" only.

I don't talk much irl.
But the normies think this is weird, too. so I force myself to smile all the time. ( also to counteract my low trust face).
this puts most of them at ease.

I need the mindset that if I smile at people, what I'm really doing is trolling them. They do it to us autists all the time with their shitty body language tricks, not matching up to what they say.

Come on dude, the AM is a bit of a stretch. I would think it's only appropriate if the letters are back to back, like AMtrak, or spAM. It's like people who write (((jews))), completely defeating the purpose of the ((()))).
