I just left work working an 12 hour night shift and as always I blast music in my car.

I typically blast rock, heavy metal, Oasis, some edgy music. Well I was driving and out of all songs “Pumped Up Kicks” remix started playing and I had the volume at 22 (without realizing).

Suddenly I noticed my next door neighbors son in front of me at the stop light. OUT OF ALL PEOPLE OUT AT 6 AM OUT OF ALL PLACES, IT’S MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR

I’m freaking out thinking he may have heard me blast the music. It wasn’t anything with bad intention, it started playing on Pandora.

His windows were open while mine were shut and my volume was at 22 approaching a set of lights.

I’m afraid he may have heard and will now tell the mom or they will tell my family that I was listening to a song about a school shooting.

I am panicking. It’s just a fucking song. I was listening to Oasis “take me” and then that song came up and now I could potentially be in huge trouble and facing jail time.

On top of that all of a sudden my Xanax is missing to help me calm down fuck dude
