Now Iv finished school I'v been waiting to get a job. I haven't before because below 18 pay is shit I know I will probably hate it but I'm really exited to have my own money to spend on shit. I don't spend much money because I feel guilty because it's my parents money they gave me. But with my own money I will be able to get a good pc or vr of something I know I will probably grow to hate it. But il be able to move out and buy whatever copes I want.

Do not work, move or walk faster than the other people working there.

Be nice / diplomatic with everyone in the beginning and tell as little as possible about yourself, especially your views on women and politics.

Once you get an indefinite contract, you can relax a bit.
That's how I've done it and I could basically stay there until either the company goes bankrupt, closes, is sold or I reach age of pension.
