Why do they give advice like that? My theory is normies “fall into” a girlfriend. They never tried, it just happened to them when they were teenagers. Or maybe they naturally pursue women so they don’t think to explain how to do that. This advice is especially common with older generations like millennials and older.


If you are in your 20s or 30s this advice will obviously be garbage to you.

"Getting a girlfriend or boyfriend" is an idiotic sentence anyway.
If you are both sexually attracted to each other you will gravitate to each other and won't get "ick".
It's supposed to be happen that way.
