Everyone who read the manifesto of Elliot Rodger knows that at a certain time Elliot started to cope with reading books in the library to expand his knowledge, well I'm currently at the same stage because I'm at the point of buying a library account for 1 year (its only around 30 Euros) and I will go to the library everyday to read books (which I already do at home, but when I'm in a library I can read more). Reading is a good cope, the question is only: How long this cope is gonna work?!

As long as it takes. Only you know the answer.

just ask out the foid librarians br0

Copes never last forever.

yeah im reading more often as well currently reading Patriarcha which is a book that argues for absolute monarchy

Tbh, better than my autistic copes(npt an autist but still)

I have read MTW 2 times and i am actually getting dejavu's while reading it
(i actually found some things we did at the same age.. a lot of them)

Why isn't it free there?

It's a university library, it's not free because you can use wifi, computers and other stuff (which I won't use anyway) and you are also able to take the books with you to your home.

Why not learn programming instead? If you become good enough, you can make good bucks as a codemonkey.

you know what you need to do :feelshmm:
go buy a vanilla latte

Are you into physics and math? I always check out books on these subjects, it's pretty fascinating tbh.

There´s no indication on how much the reading cope can last, I guess you could make a prediction on the basis of how long your previous copes lasted. It´s still a much healthier cope than many others out there, which is not bad at all.

That´s a good idea, it´s one of my primary objectives becoming good enough to earn some bucks.

JFL this is what autists ("nice guys") in my country usually get as an advice.
last time i ever been to a library was in hs and librarian was an old cunt, always interrogated me for eating lunch in the library like a loser my final semester and said "umm sir you have to sign in" there was no escaping the humiliation...

Last year I was at this stage. I would literally walk to the library everyday as a NEET.

This year I just read pdfs/epubs off my phone and don't go outside except during the nighttime.

i am listening to his manifesto every 10,15 days.
i listened now over 20 times to it. i have the audioversion.
its a masterpiece in itself. it should be played on the radio

What are you reading? How are you going to use your new knowledge?

Currently reading: "The alchemy of happiness" by Ghazali.

I'm not gonna use this knowledge, it's just a way to keep my mind occupied instead of going crazy.

better than gaming tbh.

I was planning on picking up reading along with bringing back an old cope of video games during the summer.

Use gen.lib.rus.ec for free pdfs

I heard ISBN 9781628736991 is quite an exciting read...

I enjoy watching documentaries tbh. Basically the same thing as reading imo, but doesn't require as much of your concentration.

listen brothER if you go ER, youll always be a hero in my eyes

I’m already past that stage unfortunately
