Im at a crossroads in my life

Not sure what I should do at this point in my life. Do I suffer through the pain and start working out, getting better grades, etc, or should I just NEET away with parents money and then kill myself when I can? Giving up seems like the best option for me, but I want to hear your opinion. I feel like no amount of self improvement will make me happy.

Keep your options open I'd say. You're in school, and that doesn't really matter, so I'd just piss about and stuff while you're there, and then get a job if you can and stuff. If you really hate it or fail in entering job and housing market, you might as well LDAR
