Are there ways to stop being an alcoholic? Ya, I’m an alcoholic & I feel like nothing but a worthless bastard without it.

Every minute spent without alcohol is a minute questioning if I’m even worthful.

What helped me quit - or cut down a lot is....

Make it yourself! It's cheaper and a easy. But it tastes weird...

I often made wine... 2l = blackout!
Ive made 90% with a still. 4 watered down cups = sleep.

Never made beer because it's a hassle.

Only once you really understand how much its damaging you. I dont drink, anynore, cause its scary how easy you can drink lots, but it doesnt take much alcohol to cause problems, long term.
