I was born and raised in California. If UC Santa Barbara had a Division 1 football team I would support them, because ER is connected to that university for eternity.
UCLA and USC are too posh (gay and full of rich students who cheated their way in), and Stanford is known for producing evil politicians. So, Cal (University of California, Berkeley) is my choice.
