Venting I'm 21 and feel like I'm already dying

Life doesn't feel the same anymore it's like I'm over all my copes and I just use them to numb my mind but don't get any joy out of them anymore. All I do is bedrot everyday with no purpose. I ruined my other jobs from drinking and here I am. Also whenever I go outside foids look at me with disgust what's the point of this life
