I use a dermaroller roll holes of 1mm across my scalp apparently the healing is supposed to help hair cycle

Pretty ok I just got a scalp biopsy done by my dermatologist he wants to see exactly why my hair isn’t growing after the chemotherapy and see if the layers of the scalp are normal or not

dont do it, you will run out of blood / get infection/ brain damage

invest money in finasteride if u havent tried it yet (pretty sure you did)
visit dermatologist and if it does not help then save money for hair transplant in Turkey

Nah studies show it’s pretty safe and I’ve never been infected I use sterile agents to make sure.
I have diffuse overall thinning meaning my sides are thin too this isn’t male pattern baldness I can’t harvest hair from the back for a transplant

Easy for me to say as I have hair, but it's not that bad. Aside from the social stigma, it looks really good and natural. And you can mix it up and have completely different hair every few months if you want.
