I'll be running it alone at my local park. Im currently flattening 3 bottles of coke that i will sip on during the run. I also just ate 2 bagels with cream cheese, lox and scallions and 2 cliff bars. Tomorrow morning, 2 hours before the run, I'll be eating low fiber, high carb, basically just some oatmeal and eggs and half an egg bagel with jam. I'm out of copes at this point and I don't want to do drugs so I'm searching for that runners high. It's piss.
