In most cases, it's the autistic person's looks, especially if the autistic is high functioning and has learned the art of masking effectively. So, if an Autistic acts like their normal self, neurocucks will see them as weird and discriminate against them and then they'll flip the script and say they caused it to themselves when the normie is responsible for the ableistic hate they dish out.
