Title. The only time your genetic failures don't matter is when you point them out. People will happily insult you for being short, bald, ugly, small dicked, autistic, whatever. However as soon as you yourself vent about having these problems they'll tell you they don't matter and it's all in your head.

They're not telling you this out of a sense of kindness. They're doing it because they hate you. They hate you and they're looking for any excuse to attack and harm you. I've had this happen to me several times in my life and usually those that do this.. are ones that already had it out for you in the first place.
