It's something I've noticed at the gym and a few times from when I was in collage, there will be a girl who gives me that disgusted stare and makes no effort to hide that she's revolted by my presence, but this is the thing that's really weird, whenever these same girls witness me having a social interaction of any kind they immediately swivel their heads to stare at me with this like curious hatred, it's like they anticipate I'm going to do something weird to whoever I'm interacting with
One time this girl and her friend at my gym who both stared at me with the utmost hatred almost every time were opposite me and this other woman asked me how many sets I had left and this girl and her friend immediately stared at me and let me tell me you, the absolute fucking venom in their eyes is something I'll never be able to forget, ever, it's like they heard the woman saying "can you stop taking pictures of me", it was that kind of vengeful expression on their face, needless to say it made me uncomfortable and I stuttered my words and had to repeat myself twice to her, which made me look so awkward and incompetent that the girls friend actually smiled at me out of pity the next day (obviously it didn't last and she soon went back to staring at me with disgust with her friend)
The most curious thing about this though is that this behaviour seems to be mostly a female phenomena, I also get stared at by other guys in the gym but they don't act like specifically repulsed when watching me have a social interaction, whereas women at the gym will stare at me with this shocked hatred when I'm literally just chatting with my brother, so I'm curious if it's like some evolutionarily psychology that evolved in female brains or something, genuinely not even trying to be misogynistic here, I've just only noticed this treatment from females
