Live in fourth unit the whole time.

Move out and rent out all 4, 11k/mo rental income.

Idk what to do with 11k/mo earned without working except buy more real estate. push into passive stocks like indexes. SP500, dow, managed dividend etf. Or move to a European country and spend on rent and hookers
Buying houses is for normies who horde junk, and make children. You don't need a house. If anything buy land for a homestead even if it is closer to cities. Get a USDA loan. But better to get a residential income property and use the rent income to live wherever you want. Can even rent airbnb long term in nice areas if you have the right investment property
I'd probably use my $1k for hookers and rent until I get tired of them. Buy or lease some cheap land and open a melon farm. Can grow in the tropics year round just keep them dry in some green house structures. The natives usually don't have the money to start up huge agricultural endeavors and bear the risk without regular income. Sell to tourist spots as they pay premium. Idk why I'd need that income but I guess I'd do it until my mortgage is paid off and I make a lot more then sell farm and go somewhere else.
If I get really bored stop paying down the mortgage at 2 years and live off the rental income ahead of time before original goal at $5k/mo income after costs
