Would you a. attempt to develop your country and attempt to make it "first world", no matter how difficult it may be, or b. just not give a shit and use state resources to enrich yourself and your allies while 90% of the population lives in squalor?

Personally, I don't blame the dictators of some hopeless shitholes like those in Africa or Central America for being so callous. Without the necessary human capital, promoting your country to a second world, let alone a first world country is a hopeless endeavor, no matter how much you invest in infrastructure. In my opinion, the money is much better spent on maximizing profits from the export of natural resources and upgrading the state security apparatus to crack down on organized crime among the unwashed masses and maintain stability.

Option A. I would develop it but not in the progressive vein that Western Europe and America are in, more like China. I'm not one who cares to have a metric shitload of money. As long as I have a few million, I'm fine.

I would strip women's rights nearly completely and make it pretty much totalitarian for them, but it would be a libertarian-esque paradise (with some conservative aspects) for men. Women with high body counts and cheaters (whether or not they are men or women) would be in camps and would be properly taken care of by Dirlewangerist feralcels.

I would utilize nuclear power. I would make sure natural resources are being extracted and properly utilized (and that renewable energy is utilized as well to minimize pollution). I would do everything in my power to build up local infrastructure and build up the local economy to make sure that all men have jobs which pay a living wage. Free healthcare and education and all of that would depend on the size of the country, if it is too large and populated, it would not be a viable option and would just create excessive taxation. Strong borders would be a must. Most Jews would be exiled but there would be freedom of religion otherwise.

If the average IQ of your country is below 85 and the population is largely illiterate and rural, this would only be remotely possible with totalitarian measures comparable to those of the Soviet Union under Stalin or China under Mao. Even then, success would not be guaranteed and it could go very wrong.

Invest in education systems, I would say try and get FDI but then again you would need something to offer and then it depends on other factors like if you sit on natural resources such as Botswana or have a large population like India to act as basically a cheap labour force and just export mainly manufactured goods in low skilled jobs.

You could try textiles it's a popular industry among third world nations as a way to export goods plus you can grow Cotton if the climate allows it.

No, because the people of the third world are too backward to feel any real gratitude for a good deed. The reason why the third world is the third world is because of its population. If you remove one bloodthirsty and luxury-hungry asshole, another asshole will take his place. This is because the population is made up of people who want to exploit the people in power, not improve them. The people of the third world are morally bankrupt. They don't feel grateful for all the help they've received from the West and the USSR, and they've never wanted to return that help even in a fraction of its size as an act of gratitude. I would never do anything good if people didn't deserve it. Given the psychology of people in third-world countries, I don't think they are capable of gratitude. Therefore, I will simply exploit them so that I won't regret spending so much effort to improve the lives of my people before I die, even though they don't care about my work or me as a historical figure. I'd rather enjoy life so that when I die, I won't regret the opportunities I missed.

Neither, I would develop in my own idea.

First I will ban all religions and all sort of bs. All humans are the same nd all of them should worship me.

Second a cap on female students allowed for college and universities. Only the smart and some daughters of rich people would be allowed to study in colleges.

4th complete meritocracy
