From what I read, it depends. Some even have trouble with oral at 5.25" so it's always a gamble, I suppose.

I think that may be 5.5" to 6" for erect length and 5" for erect girth. This is quite different to what my normie and chadlite friends have told me.
You can generally hit the cervix with 6 inches, but not smash it so it's painful, and with petite girls you can sometimes smash it.
I think lube depends more on the girl, some girls get really wet, so even if they have tight pussies or are generally smaller girls, lube won't be needed.
