While digital can be very convenient for lazy fuckers like us if your console dies or the server goes down (or gets shut down after many years and the company decides to no longer support it) if you have your physical game disc that actually has a playable version of the game on it, you won't lose access to your desired gaming experience which is why physical will always be superior to digital. That and the troons and leftist cucks and fucks can't go back and censor your physical games like they can with digital.

While yes, You're right, one of the problems too is that the game on a disc is just a base release version. Shit devs release broken game that needs day one patch otherwise it's unplayable mess and You're left with nothing but useless disc basically. Cyberpunk2077 was a good example. I think the main advantage of physical is just that the license is tied to a disc and not to your account, so would some cringe trooner report you and You lost Your account your games would still be yours.
