Continuing to live is cope, and pulling a knife or gun puts your life up for grabs. The outside world isn't prison where every fight results in a stabbing, lifting is mainly a deterrance against drunk shitheads.
 
That's probably one of the main reasons I don't do it. Sure, the fact that I'm the laziest man alive is another reason, but that's beside the point.

Going to the gym is an effort. It's dedication. It's a lot of time and pain to gain minimal results. And that would be absolutely worth it, if it were like a game and you got to keep all your progress eternally. But no, a few months after and you look like shit.

Even pro bodybuilders who looked like beasts, just a year after retiring and they look like a slightly fatter and bulkier normie.

Why is everything in this damn life just so fucking hard? What is this, nightmare difficulty new game+ modded for extra difficulty?
I tried gymcelling for a year and saw no significant changes whatsoever, no one could tell and I worked out regularly, I found it a waste of time and getting in the way of what I needed to do, not to mention being tired all the time while still trying my best.

It's all about genetics.

Muscle and strength generally doesn't just disappear overnight because you stopped working out. You will retain most muscle mass within your natural potential. A Pro BB is on 20 different steroids and cutting agents which helps them push past the natural limit of a normal human being by like 80 lbs of lean mass.

The issue with gymcelling is that it can't fix bad genetics no matter how much you do it. Framecels and heightcels= automatic death
 
Just gymcel at home.
A few minutes a day, a few times a week.
Lots of benefit for little investment.
