Would you literally try to gymcel knowing it's over?

I read on a thread someone that lmsandface gymcels even though he makes the videos.
 
I don't get he gymcelling either. He's sub4 facially and has said he suffers in the gym environment.

But since he's black I think gymcelling/thugmaxxing can redeem him, possibly.
 
Gymcelling is a total waste of time IMO, especially for incels. It won't fix your face or your autism.

That said, some people just like going to the gym for some reason. I don't understand it exactly.

i really hated going to the gym too but after a while i became like my second home probably becouse its the only thing i do besides gaming

Gym does not help you get better in fighting.
When it comes to fighting, physical strength is a necessary but insufficient condition. General fighting skills still need to be practiced.

Cope, I've gymceled. It made me confident in a way but it did not improve my looks dramatically. I still got rejected by females when I approached.

There isnt, I literally gymceled and worked out. It does not improve your face aesthetically. It simply does not help you attract girls simple.
 
I always feel like shit after hitting the gym. I get absolutely zero satisfaction from it.

My exact thoughts are "this shit is useless because it´s all about the face anyways. I´m here pushing myself in the gym, eating like a monk while my female looksmatch could be 300lbs, stuffing her face with doritos all day and still have 100x more power in the sexual market place than myself."

And here is a picture of me when I gymceled and lost weight. It only gave me a .25 of a difference, but did not change much.

There is other ways to looksmaxx, cardio gives you that dopamine feeling.
not trying to be rude but it seems like you have a skinny fat body typ in that picture i think you should rather bulk up first than lose weight i think it would improve you looks greatly

I wasn't trying to get buff, but have a lean body fat and lose weight that was my goal.
The point is I lost weight and didn't accomplish much when attracting any females.
