What I mean is a lot of people are on their last rep of barbell curl for example and then they just stop. If you can't curl the barbell doesn't mean you should put it down, just keep trying to curl until you physically cant curl it anymore. That's how I am going to try training from now on.

don't hurt yourself. I usually go close to failure on most sets but not all of them.
 
That's what I do.
 
Going to do it again just to fight depression. I did this for 2-3 days once. Mostly just went for reps and had a weird feeling in my left chest for 2 days after. Thought it was over for me

The worst part is, I never got an injury from that type of workout but from work itself.

i mean you shouldn't go till failure on every set tho, that just reduces your overall training volume
 
What does failure even mean. For me exhaustion can usually come before muscle failure
Fair enough, I usually associate the two, but I guess I've rarely have muscle failure unless it's some complex callisthenic movement or something extremely heavy.
 
Going until failure is different from going to tearing muscle lol

Do not do the last one and avoid is as much as possible, it will set you back

I pretty much always train to failure but I don’t ego lift and maintain good form throughout the set unless it’s the last few where it’s insane
