That was sloppily worded but I think there's a lot of truth in it.

I guess there are 3 possibilities:

- make moves on girls and you can be including the more submissive girls in that, but of course they still might all say no

- don't do it, and then the girl who makes a move on you (if it ever happens) will be more dominant or she wouldn't do it

- your life might be sociable enough that even things with submissive girls would just "happen" because they're around you so much anyway

I hope that makes sense! Of course, none of it really matters if you never get any success with them anyway.
