First of all I'd fix my teeth.
Other than that, even though I really need them, but fuck hair surgeries/implants though, they're too expensive and they're not permanent solutions and there's a million things wrong with them. Better off bald and a virgin tbh, not spending thousands of dollars on some shitty surgery.

For jaw: LeFort 1 with CW rotation of maxilla, MSE, MSDO and maybe chin wing osteotomy
For cheekbones: implants
For nose: Alar base reduction and nose bridge implant
Maybe other random surgeries like ramus implants, otoplasty, lip corner lift, buccal fat removal. Limb lengthning bc I’m 5’5.

if height surgery had no problems(in reality too many) I would go from 5'5 to 5'11 ideally 6'6
