Its a difficult question to answer when you hit the incel bingo like me.

I could go for the height. Upgrade from manlet to 6'+ Still leaves the facial problems and shitskin.

I could go for the race change. Probably not worth it unless my features change accordingly (ie, euro). At least in this situation I could walk the streets at night without being stopped by police for 'talks' or eyed by foids as some wild creature. Potentially JBWmaxx.

I could fix my various face deformities and flaws. Probably the least important of the trinity. I have seen far too many normies get by on height and JBW alone. Plus ogremaxxing is a thing.

Toss up between height and race. If race change results in the Micheal Jackson treatment, its not worth it. Essentially albino then. I'd default for height. May or may not attract foids, but at least statistically employers and the general public take you more seriously. People are less likely to start shit with you.
