realistically, if you're an ethnic (whites have more strenght on average) then the best thing you can do is to go to gym on your first day and try to bench press 80kg or 70kg and if you can't do that then it's totally pointless to continue on gymceiling since you have shit tier genetics.
the average western white man can probably bench press 80kg, deadlift 100kg and probably squat like 100kg.
