This is what a lot of underage copers don't want to accept. They hear all these larps about how someone's cousin grew 3 inches at 22 or some basketball player with insane genetics who grew a foot after high school. In reality only 0.0001% of the population grows after 18.

For the vast majority of men plates close at 15-16. Some late bloomers grow a little until 17-19, but that's very rare. 20-25 growth is basically a myth.
