I'm 5'4" and ofc I want to be taller, I'd even be more than ok with 5'7" (just for the sake of it, not to get a gf). But if I were say 6'4" I'd not get a gf. If I could chose I'd rather have a 5/10 face and stay 5'4" instead of being 6'4" and keeping my face.
Again, not with the goal of getting a gf, but at least I'll get less negative reactions.
